Nguyen Nguyen Thong
Born in 1987 in Southern Vietnam. I received my degree from the Architectural University, Saigon in 2010 and I am currently working for an architectural firm. I started folding when I was 8 years old, joined the Vietnam Origami Group in 2006 and created my first original origami design in 2007. I like the styles of Akira Yoshizawa, Eric Joisel, Hojyo Takashi and Đinh Trường Giang ,so my designs are more or less influenced by these artists. I like to combine flexible change of lines, surfaces or 3D blocks that are created by simple folds. I also like to emphasize a point just enough to express the typical characters of the models.
Hornbill, Monkey, Cock and sumo published in the book "VOG Book : 50 hours of origami+"
